Upon adding this service to your purchase, we do require reference pictures. Please email help@wigsbytiffani.com with your order number and reference photos of the haircut you wish to have done to your wig. Please use the photos in this listing for reference.
 
To be sure of your desired length, please measure the length on yourself, starting from the top center of your head (refer to photo in this listing), down to where you want the ends to rest on you. That would be the number of inches you would like your total length to be.
 
When taking your measurements, please have someone take a picture of your measurement showing from the top center of your crown to the ends, where you wish for it to rest, and email those pictures back to us along with your length measurement. That way we have the measurement in the picture to confirm.

We cannot guarantee the cut will rest on you exactly where you hope for since it is not cut on you in person.
To ensure the best quality and consistency, all haircuts are done on a mannequin head in our studio. Since it’s not being cut directly on your head, there may be slight differences in how the cut lays depending on your unique head shape. Most of our clients find the cut works beautifully with just a little styling, but please know that minor adjustments may be needed once you try it on.
